What's basic payment terms and delivery time for your luminaires?
Generally, 30% down payment after order confirmation, and 70% balance payment before shipment. Samples will be ready 5-7 working days; Batch order will be ready in 25-30 working days.
What service could you provide before order？
A. Freely custom and design any led lamps per your ideas, like 3D file, PCBA design, packing design and so on

B. Offer free lighting simulations according to various requirements;

C. Provide professional and customized solution advice if the luminaires are used in special applications.
How long is warranty for your luminaires?
Generally, 5 years for modules, drivers, and whole luminaires. If the project needs more than 5 years warranty, we could make a negotiation case by case.
Would you offer after-sales support?
Of course, we are glad to provide efficientand good solution, you could always get professional reply by phone or email or other contact details within 2 hours from our team.
How to deal with the defective?

All of our products are produced in the strict quality control system. We offer 5 years warranty for this product, if there is any defective during the warranty, please provide the picture or video of the working situation of the defective lights, we will ship the new spare parts to you within a few days or send it together with your next order.

What are the options of finished color for your lamps?
Our standard finished color for luminaires is Grey, black, white. Besides, we could offer customized color according to client’s requirement.
Is it ok to print my logo on lamp?
Yes, we provide OEM service to our customers, we can help to make the label according to your requirements.
What certificates do your lamp have? Do your factory have iso-9001?
We have acquired UL, ENEC, CB, CE, RoHS, IP, IK, Lm79, LM82, ISTMT and other reports to our lamp from well-known third laboratories such as UL, TUV, SGS, DEKRA and so on.

Our Factory have acquired ISO 9001, BSCI certificates .
